CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you securely package your return as Kiota Home cannot be held responsible for any damages on the return back to us.
So we know to expect your return please contact us at hello@kiotahome.com with your order number. We will provide you with a returns address via email.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
No, you will need to cover the cost for your return and we advise you use a recorded service to return an item. We cannot be held responsible for any item that goes missing or is damaged on return to us.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?
We are sorry if you have received a damaged item. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@kiotahome.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. We also ask you provide photos of the damage so we can asses as part of the return process.
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR RETURNS THAT ARE DAMAGED ON RECEIPT?
No, Kiota Home will arrange collection from you for a damaged return and Kiota Home will cover the cost of the return.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have to Kiota Home, and once the return is accepted by Kiota Home, make a separate purchase for the new item.
CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM?
Unfortunately, Kiota Home cannot accept returns on sale items unless they are damaged.
HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?
Kiota Home will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND?
If more than 15 business days have passed since Kiota Home approved your return, please contact us at hello@kiotahome.com.
WILL I GET MY SHIPPING FEES BACK FOR RETURNS?
Unfortunately Kiota Home cannot refund your shipping fees for returns sent back to us unless the error was made by Kiota Home.
