United Kingdom order despatch time & delivery service

All UK orders are dispatched within 5 business days via Royal Mail 1st Class service. 

Standard delivery costs

All orders under £150 delivery will cost £3.95.

For orders over £150 delivery is Free. 

What if I have made an error on my shipping information?

Kiota Home is not responsible if incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout. It is the responsibility of the customer to retrieve the parcel. Kiota Home will not process any refunds in such circumstances.
